2:40 Salisbury - Speculative Bet (3rd May)

A Stakes race over 5f on firm ground.  Stormflower was sent off 50/1 on debut but I have a sneaky feeling connections thought they held a chance of causing a surprise that day at Windsor. John Bridger doesn't generally have two year olds with talent and it is still a matter of opinion and time for this daughter of Arcano. She was far too keen that day but showed up for a long way only tiring in the closing stages. Beaten by Great Page it could be taken as said she will be surpassed here. But if settling, this bay filly may trade at shorter odds in-running especially if gaining an easy lead. At speculative odds of 25/1+ it could be worth a punt.
